White chocolate with chai infused nibs

Description

Similar to the other white with nibs, but in this case the nibs were soaked overnight in a chai prepared by Boston Chai Party and dried out prior to including in the chocolate. Resulting chai flavor resides only in the nibs, offering a delicate contrast in not just texture but flavor.
