Description
Cacao grown by Efrain Puma in Quillabamba, Peru (near Cuzco). Chuncho is cacao variety native to this region of Peru. The bar contains extract of Chaga mushroom prepared by Tyler of Mushrooms for my Friends. In this particular batch, a small amount of toasted (via torch) chocolate was added.
