Cacao grown by Hilo Shark’s cacao in Papaikou, Hawaii. Hawaii and Puerto Rico are the only sources of commercially available cacao grown in the United States. The high cocoa butter content of this cacao and flavors of honey, malt, banana, and classic cocoa result in a very smooth chocolate, accessible especially for people who don’t think they like dark chocolate.
