White with gula aren palm sugar

White chocolate made with cocoa butter pressed in-house from Java cacao and sweetened with gula aren from Sulawesi, Indonesia.  Gula aren is a palm variety used in Indonesia, and generally deeper, more robust flavor than other palm sugars.
Flavor profile is caramel, maple, mineral, and dulce de leche.
